Electric Woodshed

How often we fail to realize our good fortune in living in a country where happiness is more than a lack of tragedy. Today were fortunate to jam with the Woodshed.

Guitar-driven blues-rock for all Americans.

The Elderly Brothers

The Elderly Brothers perform a variety of songs that, mostly by pure coincidence, involve trucks, trains, the consumption of alcohol, and the various forms of heartbreak, including marriage and the termination thereof. Their repertoire leans heavily toward the musical genre known as Americana, drawing on 50s rock n roll, 60s pop music, 70s country rock, folk, traditional country, alternative country, blues & jazz.

Via Grass Monkey:

You see, Roanoke, we want everyone in radio-land to hear us in our element, which is not in a studio, its in front of a crowd. So join us for free on Saturday, September 18 at Blue 5 and lets be a drunken scrawl in the pages of history.

Seriously, this is sure to be a huge event, and we want you guys to be a part of it, because its you who have gotten us this far. Its gonna be a celebration, and a huge step forward for us. Hope you can make it out.
